When you visit ifundraise.ie or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant ifundraise.ie and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant ifundraise.ie and its associates and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity: and that you will indemnify ifundraise.ie or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. ifundraise.ie has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. ifundraise.ie takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
iFundraise is open to clubs, schools and causes. iFundraise will review all request to register on iFundraise.ie and reserves the right to deny applications to register on iFundraise.ie. iFundraise does not control or monitor how causes use donations made through iFundraise.ie. If fundraisers or donors should make enquiries with the relevant cause or check the relevant cause’s website for information on how donations are used.
iFundraise reserve the right to remove organisations from the site without notice to the organistation.
Fees & Payments
In order to cover bank fees, VAT and administration charges, iFundraise.ie must charge a small fee of 7% on each donation via its website. See Fundraising Fees Comparison chart.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY SETUP OR MONTHLY FEES TO CAUSES FOR THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE Your donation will be processed immediately by iFundraise.ie and the processing bank. You acknowledge that in the absence of fraud, You shall not have the right of cancellation of your donation and in placing a donation, You waive any statutory rights You may have to cancellation of the processing of Your donation by iFundraise.ie
Payments and Donations by Credit Card or Direct Debit
Users making donations by charge card or credit card hereby agree and assure iFundraise.ie that:
- all charge card or credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete
- the person making the donation is duly authorized to use the charge card or credit card for that purpose
- the donation and the fees will be honored by the donor’s credit card company.
If You discover that a donation has been made on this website site using Your charge card or credit card details in circumstances where You had not agreed to or authorised this, then (provided You have not, through failure to take reasonable care, allowed an unauthorised person to gain access to Your credit card details or password) iFundraise.ie is required to refund to You the money they receive provided that: (a) You inform Your credit card or charge card company and iFundraise.ie of the unauthorised payment as soon as You discover it; and (b) You co-operate with Your credit card company and iFundraise.ie and, if necessary, the police in relation to the unauthorised use.
All donations made via the Website are final unless fraudulent use of the card is proven in accordance with previous paragraph.
As online donations are voluntary, if you change your mind about contributing online to any cause for any reason, or if you donate the wrong amount by mistake, iFundraise is happy to honour your decision, as long as you request a refund within 7 days of the date on which you made the contribution so that a refund can be made to your card’s account.
iFundraise take no responsibility for Your dissatisfaction with the use of Your donation to any cause. If You have cause for dissatisfaction with the use of Your donation You may contact the cause directly using the contact details provided on the Website.
By visiting ifundraise.ie, you agree that with the Irish law and the Courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with them.

Site Policies, Modifications and Severability
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to ifundraise.ie. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
