I am doing it for Clare Cancer Support and my local GAA Club where my Children play. Clare Cancer support were very good to us last Year and provided us with invaluable advice and Support. They rely on publin donations to run the services they provide. Check out www.clarecancersupport.com. for more information.
It started as my idea to try and give something back to Clare Cancer Support and to try and raise a few € for the club. We now have a group of 25 Cyclists that will leave Ennis at 7.30am 21st March and hopefully arrive by 4pm.
We started training on the 3rd January doing a 20k spin how we are nearing the 100k mark. Hence the name Banner Transformation. It was our opportunity to start the new Year will Clear goals Lose weight, get fitter and achie a 150k Cycled. So far so good.
It is on the eve of the Kilkenny v Clare League match. Would appreciate all the support you can give
