I'm taking part in Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge on Saturday 8th of June 2019 .
It's 24 years this month since my mam passed from cancer aged 41 leaving behind 3 small children. Earlier this year a wonderful bloke I knew from my days in Dublin, Greame Woods of the Dame Tavern, died of the disease aged 40 and with a small family of his own. Research is working and treatments are more effective but unfortunately families are still being ripped apart daily so please give what you can so we can continue to fight this wretched illness.
