Hi there, I'm taking part in The Irish Hospice Foundation Cycle Challenge 2019 from 23 June to 29 June 2019.
The Irish Hospice Foundation is doing amazing work in striving for the best care at end of life for all. One of the cornerstones of IHFs work is the funding of the Nurse for Night Care Service. This programme aims to provide nursing care in the home to people at the end of their lives. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
