THOMAS DAVIS OPERATION TRANSFORMATION

Dublin

 In 2018 I had to unfortunately retire from hurling due to an old hurling injury! Since then I've gained weight and stopped training. I also recently turned 30 so it's time I got back fit and healthy and this is a great motivation to do it with friends and family and a great GAA CLUB.

Story

Thomas Davis Operation Transformation
Thomas Davis Operation Transformation is open to EVERYONE. We want to get the whole community involved along with all club members , the cost is €10 per week or €75 for all 9 weeks. Further details on classes etc to follow over the next day. With over 120 workshops over 9 weeks incl Couch to 5k, 4k/8k walks, 5k runs, Beginer, Moderate, Advanced bootcamp, Dance classes, Food Demos, Diet plans and much much more....
