Zoe Cryan was born on the 26th of September 2014, 16 weeks premature and weighing only 1lb 3oz. Since her birth Zoe has overcome some major obstacles but unfortunately due to Zoe's extreme prematurity, she will face significant neuro- developmental challenges which will affect her quality of life.
