I am looking forward to taking part in the next skinny dip in Wicklow on the 9th June and hope to raise some money for Aoibheanns Pink Tie and Breast Cancer Ireland. It has a special signifiance this year as my big sis Terri is undergoing treatment for breast cancer with great courage and cheerfulness.  It is also serves as an opportunity to remember our mother Monica Brennan, who died of breast cancer over forty years ago. Having learned from experience the necessity of self-care, Mam sought to pass that value on to her children.
