When I first started my training I found it tough and overwhelming the idea of swimming in the sea and cycling 20k was a shock but with the constant support and genuine laugh I have had with the members of the KOG18 team it has been so much fun.
Alex Gray's training has been invaluable to me strengrhing my core and getting my legs and arms ready for the different transitions.
Everyone has their own weaknesses and strengths and as a result I feel more at ease because as God knows I have several of them!
I am in awe of the dedication and passion from John Gylnn and for that reason alone I want to do the best I can.
