Training Update June 25th:
So far training is going ok.
Happy with my cycling and running. Not breaking any records but tipping away. Swimming is my weakness but I am enjoying the challenge. I started off in pool but am getting into the sea the last few weekends. Struggling for distance but am comfortable in the sea.
So at the moment I am getting in at least 1 usually 2 training sessions pw with alex.
2 sea swims pw down bray. Usually about 400m in total bt very stop start.
