This year myself and my family have decided to do the VHI women' mini marathon in aid of The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. This year Dementia has hit our family and we want to try raise as much money as we can to support such a wonderful charity that helps so many families. There are currently 44,774 people living with Dementia in Ireland right now and most families have been or will be affected by this in their lives. Any donations as small as it may be will really help them continue their great work!
