Hello everybody! I've  recently lost the plot and decided to take part in the VHI Women's Mini Marathon this year. Anybody that knows me, knows that the idea of taking part in a marathon is COMPLETELY out of character for me, but sure it'll be a bit of craic and it's for a good cause, so why not?

I think everyone on some level has been affected by cancer whether it be in their only family, friend circles or acquaintances. I think the work that Purple House Cancer Support do is incredible, they help so many people, especially locally, so I've decided to take the plunge and attempt to raise funds for them.

I am the most unfit person in the world, I cannot stress that enough! I also can't stress how grateful I would be if any of you decide to donate. Every cent will be appreciated so much!

All donations will go to a local charity too, which is great because they do so much great work in the community and help so many people in their hour of need.
