A Chairde I know I said "Never again!" but as everybody keeps telling me, "Never say 'Never again!'". So, yes, I am going to the the Moylagh 50 Mile Challenge again on 9th June 2018. So, of course, I 'm fundraising (again!!) for Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge. A thousand thanks for your help and support over the 5 four years. In over 5 years I have raised over €10,000 for Cancer Research and Cancer Care by doing this challenge. And that is because people want to donate. I don't expect or want people to donate if they can't afford it. But if you can, please do so, no matter how small. See also http://www.50milechallenge.com/ for details of the Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge - a walk covering a spectacular region of Meath, Cavan and Westmeath. In aid of The Irish Cancer Society Starting on the 9th June 2018 - the challenge is to walk the 50 miles in less that 20 hours, starting at 6.00 am. I hope to finish in time for a pint or two. I have had cancer twice and thanks to the research driven by the likes of the Irish Cancer Society and sponsored by Irish people through events like this, I have come through the horrors and fear of cancer. All of us know somebody suffering with this disease or who have lost somebody due to it. I am a survivor and in a curious way it was the surviving of cancer that has brought me to a level of fitness through walking that I would never have imagined. There are two methods in which donations can be made - the good old fashioned way by post or online. If using send by post, please send cheque or cash (preferably a cheque) and I will immediately acknowledge receipt. Cheques to be made payable to "Moylagh 50 Mile Challenge", please. Please send to Seán Ó Riain, C/O Regan McEntee, Solicitor, High St., Trim, Co. Meath You can view my Fundraising Page "Seán Ó Riain's Fundraising Page" by clicking here https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/11367850_se--n-----riain--s-fundraising-page.html Hopefully, you can sponsor me - no matter the size of the sponsorship, it'll be most welcome. Bíonn blas ar an mbeagán - every little helps. Go raibh maith agaibh Seán Ó Riain
