I have supported Irish Hospice Foundation over a number of years . I have lost so many family and friends to this dredful disease.  Nurses For Night Care service provides care to people in their own homes at end of life right across the country. Nurses work throughout the night supporting people to spend their final days at home in their own bed, with their families by their side.
