We are 3 best friends who are always there for each other through the good and the bad times, myself (Wendy) was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2015luckily for me 2 years on i am cancer free. Anna originally had breast cancer over 9 years ago. In April 2016 Anna started to feel unwell and unfortuneately in october of 2016 she was told that unfortuneately her cancer was back and this time it is stage 4. She is one of the kindest and bravest women we know and her determination to fight this awful disese is amazing. Sue is a fantastic person who is always there for us both and has comforted us through some tough times and know to well what it is like to lose a child as sadly her first born baby was born with a heart defect and passed away after only a few hours.
Together we are known as the 3 mad blondes and we have decided to get in the nip in the freezing irish sea( believe me for some of us this is totally out of our comfort zone)to not only raise funds for this fantastic childrens charity but to show that despite our scars and wobbly bits we are proud women who will always be there for each other.
