On the 12th October 2016, our beloved mum Aileen passed away from ovarian cancer. She has left a large gap in our lives but also a legacy of strength, compassion, love, and integrity for us and others to follow. Patrick and I (Conor) have decided to run the Dublin City Marathon on the 29th October in her memory and also to raise funds for the ARC Cancer Support Centre. ARC has been a source of huge support, counsel, and respite for our whole family over the last five years. They work in confidence with humility and respect and do so completely free of charge. Any donation, no matter how small, will go toward funding their great service and ensuring it stays available for the thousands of families affected by cancer. We hope to hold some fundraising events along the way and will keep you posted with photos and updates as we go. We sincerely thank you in advance for your donations, it is a truly special cause.
