I have decided to do the vhi women's mini marathon this year in aid of The Miscarriage Association of Ireland. Having recently been through a miscarriage, I have found that there is a lack of awareness and facilities to deal with these issues, one in every five is the statistic, its an alarming figure but one that needs addressing, the initial and after support in hospitals and other medical facilites needs as much awareness as possible. The Miscarriage Association is there to help families but its a voluntary group who could do with as much fundraising as possible. I am asking if you can to please donate. Every euro counts.
