Homelessness is an ever growing problem in Ireland. I have followed the Peter McVerry trust for a while now and I really admire the work they have done, and continue to do to tackle and reduce this problem. I decided to begin my own personal relationship with this charity through fundraising as part of the VHI Women's Mini Marathon and I hope that the money I do raise makes a difference, no matter how small. All donations are appreciated so very much. Hopefully I will break my personal 10km record (it' not great, believe me) and also do my bit for a charity that mean a lot to me and to so many others who need a helping hand.
