On the 29th of October 2017 I will run my first Marathon along with some of the other member of my running club, ‘Brothers Pearse’. Sinead Tighe, an incredibly inspiring woman from the club will be running on the day while pushing her son Daniel. Daniel has condition called Sotos syndrome which causes severe intellectual disability visual impairment severe epilepsy feeding difficulties and he is non-verbal. The ‘Daniels Voyage’ team are fundraising to adapt Daniels family home to give Daniel a safer and a better quality of life, all the funds raised will go towards the adaption and the necessary aids that Daniel needs.
