Caherlistrane GAA & LGFA... 
Caherlistrane GAA is one of oldest Gaelic Athletic Association clubs in County Galway. It is located in north County Galway straddling the Galway-Mayo border. Caherlistrane GAA comprises members drawn from 78 townlands across the parish of Caherlistrane and engages with over 500 families weekly. Our club provides coaching for many months of the year to a whole host of young children and ultimately the future stars of the game in Caherlistrane. Founded in 1888, Caherlistrane GAA has a long and proud tradition of football development and participates in competitions across all ages from juvenile to adult. 
 

As a new decade unfolds the future development of our club is to the fore of our thoughts and as a result we are working on some exciting development plans for Caherlistrane GAA & LGFA. We can only achieve our objectives through the generous support of our community, volunteers, sponsors and friends of those who make the club what it is today and will become tomorrow. 

On April 4th this year we will embark on the first phase of this development plan by staging a Fundraiser at the Galmont Hotel in Galway city. We will be staging the highly entertaining I’m a Celeb...Get me out of Here! fundraising production.
