Cillians Journey

Cillian is a very happy smiley 5 year old.
As most of your know he was born prematurely and as a result suffered brain damage which led to cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He is non verbal/ severely cognitively effected and is blind. Despite his many ongoing challenges Cillian is a happy little boy and brings smiles to the faces of everyone he encounters along the way! Cillian started school in Sandymount School last September and has settled in really well. He’s growing rapidly, he’ll be six ft in no time!!
Both myself, some family members and friends are all set to pound the pavements again for the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon on Sunday 2nd June. We hope to raise funds for physical therapy to give Cillian the best chance of reaching his full potential. This is something he requires on an ongoing basis. Last years incredible campaign allowed him to attend therapy twice weekly throughout the year and fingers crossed we can continue the same.

As always we are incredibly humbled by your continued ongoing support
