Ring of Kerry Cycle in aid of Cystic Fibrosis

Hello everyone!

On the weekend of 9-10th September 2017 I will be cycling the 180km long Ring of Kerry route in aid of Cystic Fibrosis, along with my friend Padraic Morrissey and around 30 other hardy souls.

The charity cycle is organised annually by Padraic's father in law, John Healy, to raise vital funds for the Cystic Fibrosis unit in Cork University Hospital, and it is now in its 26th year. The centre is the second largest in Ireland and provides specialist care and support for around 160 adult CF patients in the Munster region.

All donations are greatly appreciated, as are any tips on how to survive a gruelling weekend of cycling!

Cheers!
Donal
